Last November, we spoke with a warehouse manager in Cambridge who spent 6.2 hours every Friday dragging data from a card reader report into an Excel spreadsheet. We then write a script in Python or JavaScript that talks to these tools. Most of these bots are under 500 lines of code because simple tools are harder to break. We have helped 47 active clients move away from manual logging, focusing on things like staff hours, VAT reconciliation, and daily sales summaries.

One family-run furniture shop we work with was losing roughly £2,150 a year just in staff time spent checking bank statements against their order list. We built a bot that does this check at 3:15 AM every morning. By the time the team arrives at 8:45 AM, the report is sitting in their inbox with any discrepancies highlighted in red. This project took us exactly 11 days to build and test. We don't believe in long-term contracts; we prefer to solve one specific headache, prove it works, and then move on to the next one if you need us.

We are a team of 4 people based in Cambridge. When you send an enquiry, you usually hear back from us within 4.55 hours during the working week. We start with a diagnostic chat to see if a bot is actually the right choice. If we cannot save you at least 3 hours of manual work per week, we will tell you honestly that it is not worth your money. We are not the cheapest option in the UK, but we actually show up and make sure the code works with your specific hardware and software versions. (By the way, if you are in the CB postcode area, we can often drop by your office to see the workflow in person rather than doing it all over Zoom.)

Most of our automation projects are delivered in 9 to 14 business days. We handle the setup, the testing, and a short training session for your admin staff. You don't need to be a tech expert to use what we build. Tech that actually does its job should be invisible. If your office team is still copy-pasting numbers from one window to another for more than 2 hours a week, you are wasting money on tasks a bot could do for a few pence in electricity.
