Privacy at TTM Bot

We do not collect data for the sake of it. If you fill out our contact form on Innovation Way, we see your name and work email address. We might ask for a phone number to book a 20-minute intro call. Our website also records basic technical details like your IP address and the type of browser you use. This helps us make sure the site displays correctly on your screen. We do not buy marketing lists and we do not scrape data from other sources. If you are not an active client, we do not need your life story. We only collect enough to send you a fixed-price estimate or a project roadmap. Most of our 47 active clients started with a simple email to our Cambridge office. We keep this information because tech that actually does its job needs a bit of context. No corporate fluff included here.
We use your information to get work done. When you request a project quote for a shop bot, we use your email to send the PDF. If you book a scheduling session with Marcus or Eleanor, your name goes into our internal calendar so we are ready for the meeting. We do not sell your data to random marketing firms. We hate spam as much as you do. Occasionally, we might send an update about a new automation tool we built for retail admin. This usually happens about once every three months. If we are building a custom script for your business, we only access the specific data needed for that boring task. Simple bots for boring tasks do not need to know everything about your personal life. We keep our data loops tight and our folders organized. Everything is handled by our small team of four right here in Cambridge.
Your data lives on secure digital servers. We use standard encryption to keep things safe from prying eyes. We do not keep physical paper files in the office; everything is digital and password-protected. We keep client records for 6 years to satisfy UK tax rules. After that, we hit the delete button. If a project does not go ahead after our first talk, we usually clear your contact data within 12 months. We treat your information like we treat our code—clean, minimal, and tucked away where it belongs. We do not use complex offshore data centers. Most of our systems are based in the UK to keep things straightforward and compliant. Tech should be as reliable as plumbing, and that includes keeping your files locked down. Made in Cambridge and kept secure by people you actually know.
You are in charge of your data. If you want to see what we have on file for your business, just ask. Send an email to tech@ttmbot.com and Alistair or Sarah will look it up for you. We usually reply to these requests within 14 business days. You can ask us to fix a typo in your name or delete your contact details entirely. We will do it without making you jump through hoops. This is part of our commitment to being a practical local firm. If you want to opt-out of our guides or project updates, there is always a clear link at the bottom of the email. We make it easy because we value your time and hate unnecessary admin. If you have a specific question about a script we ran or how we handle your inventory logs, just give us a shout. We prefer being upfront about how things work.
