How much does a typical automation project cost?
Most of our starter retail bots cost exactly £850 for the full setup. For more complex back-office syncing, projects typically range from £2,150 to £4,700. You get a fixed price before we start, so there are no surprises.
How long until my bot is actually working?
We usually have your first bot running in 11 to 14 business days. We don't do long, drawn-out projects. We build the script, test it on a Friday, and hand it over to you the following week.
Do I need to be a tech expert to use these tools?
Honestly, no. If you can use a basic spreadsheet or check your email, you can use our tools. We handle all the code and hosting in the background. You just get the results—like an updated stock list or an answered customer query.
What happens if the automation breaks?
Every engagement includes 90 days of technical support. If a script stops moving data or an API changes, you just email tech@ttmbot.com. A human here in Cambridge will jump in to fix it.
Will this work with my existing shop software?
We have connected tools to 14 different retail and CRM systems in the last 6 months. If your software allows data exports or has a login, we can almost certainly automate it. We will confirm this during our first intro call.
