How much does a typical automation project cost?
Most of our starter retail bots cost exactly £850 for the full setup. For more complex back-office projects where we sync multiple systems, fees usually range from £2,150 to £4,700. We give you a fixed price before we start, so there are no surprises on the final invoice.
How long until my bot is actually working?
We usually have your first bot running in 11 to 14 business days. We don't do long, drawn-out projects that take months. We build the script, test it on a Friday, and hand it over to your team the following week.
Do I need to be a tech expert to use these tools?
Honestly, no. If you can use a basic spreadsheet or check your email, you can use our tools. We handle all the code and hosting in the background. You just get the results—like an updated stock list or an answered customer query.
What happens if the automation breaks?
Every engagement includes 90 days of technical support. If a script stops moving data or an external system changes its rules, you just email tech@ttmbot.com. A human here in Cambridge will jump in to fix it within 4 business hours.
Will this work with my existing shop software?
We have connected tools to 14 different retail and CRM systems in the last 6 months. If your software allows data exports or has a web login, we can almost certainly automate it. We will confirm this for you during our first 20-minute intro call.
What is the 'Cybernetic High-Tech' style you mention?
We prefer thin lines, grey aluminium backgrounds, and simple interfaces that stay out of your way. We build bots that do one boring job very well rather than complex platforms that try to do everything. Simple tech that actually does its job is our main rule.
